Paying for Frangipani Tree Orders

When do I pay for my frangipani tree order?

Please DO NOT PAY YET if any of the following apply to you. 1-Your order does not include a delivery fee to your delivery address. 2-Any of the frangipanis in your order did NOT have a status of AVAILABLE before submitting your order. 3-Your delivery address is outside of South East Queensland. 4-You would prefer us to locate and inspect the frangipanis in your order and send you an email before making payment. 5-You are planning a nursery pickup and would prefer to pay cash.

If none of the above apply to you and you would like to speed up the process, feel free to follow the instructions in the order confirmation email.

How do I pay for my frangipani tree order?

After placing an online order, order details and payment instructions are automatically sent to the customer’s email address.

Customers ordering frangipani trees on our website are requested to pay by bank transfer. Our preferred method is for customers to pay to our email address or David’s mobile phone number using PayID. PayID was introduced in 2018 and most banks now offer this feature with online banking. If you enter our email address or phone number, our family name (Muller) and business name (E Frangipanis) will appear. As long as you see these details, there’s no real need to double check or triple check the numbers as you enter them, like in the past.

If you cannot pay using payID and you would like the traditional BSB and account number, please send a text message to David’s mobile number. He’ll send you the following, without the black box.

If you are collecting from the nursery and would prefer to pay cash, no problem. If you can let me know by a text message, that will be helpful.

What do I do after making payment?

We don’t get notified by the bank so a brief text message saying “paid” is appreciated. Sending a remittance another way, like email, is also appreciated, but may not reach us as quickly.

What happens if another customer orders the same tree as me at almost the same time?

While double ordering is rare, sometimes we upload a good frangipani with a reasonable price in a busy period, and we get numerous customers wanting to buy it within a week.

1-If you order a frangipani tree after another customer, we will let you know and keep you updated.
2-If you order a frangipani tree before another customer, don’t worry. We will let you know and give you 48 hours to pay for your order so the other customer can move on and consider other options.
3-We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made prior to booking transport with another company. However, if you purchase a tree knowing that it prevents another customer from buying the same product, 50% of the payment will be retained as a non-refundable deposit. Please note that this reduced refund is
change of mind” cancellations and our refund policies operate in conjunction with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Confirmations and Invoices

Order confirmation emails are automatically sent to customers for online orders. These order confirmation emails contain all the order details. If would like an invoice for tax reasons, please ask specifically. We will issue an invoice titled ‘Invoice,’ containing all the required details as specified by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Please contact us immediately, if you notice any errors.
