Difficult Addresses
Most horticultural transport companies have a policy to deliver to the property front boundary. This allows them to make a quick delivery in the case of having to double park or having an item too heavy to carry. Having said that, most drivers are very good and will leave plants near the house in a carefully selected position.
Truck Size and Street Access
Most of our frangipani orders are delivered to the address, however if the delivery truck is too large to access the street, a nearby meeting point or a nearby drop off location will need to be arranged.
Remote Addresses
As with most goods, cargo moved between capital cities and other large cities is done using large trucks. These large trucks typically go from one depot to another, but they can sometimes deliver plants to remote addresses, however, they cannot enter most residential areas.
